I have over 25 years experience in the Facility Management and Real Estate fields. Both have required me to work with many different floor cleaning companies across the entire midwest. I recently had the pleasure of working with Bill and the folks from American Dream. I had them give me a quote for for an estimated 16000 sq ft office space for a facility I manage. The quote was very competitive and the "Satisfaction Guaranty" was important to me... not to mention that I appreciated Bill's passion for his business and what he does. Description Of Work: American Dream came out to clean my
basement carpet.   I also had a few stains on the main level of
the home, which they treated as well. The basement carpeting
needed a lot of attention. There were several pet stains (urine
and vomit) along with other day to day stains.
Member Comments: Bill fit me into his schedule so the work
would be done before my company was scheduled to arrive. He
arrived promptly, went over what I needed to have done and
gave me estimates of what each additional process would cost
i.e. pet urine issues. The job they did was exceptional, I couldn't
be happier. The best part of all was dealing with someone who
is both polite and professional. He treats his co-workers with
respect and treats your home like it was his own. I have used
American Dream in the past and certainly will continue to do so.
I would highly recommend them.

Description Of Work: Our stairs are carpeted and span three
floors with two landings. We have four dogs and the carpet was
smelling of pet urine in various places. We had them come out
and do the deepest cleaning possible along with an enzyme
treatment and black light analysis to find every single urine spot.

Description Of Work: First performed a technique to identify all
the areas of pet urine (both dog and cat) in our house and then
provided us with options for removing them. Once we decided
how to proceed they cleaned the carpets using three different
procedures.
Member Comments: Bill and his team showed up and took over
an hour identifying the problems spots in our carpet. It was a
very thorough job. Once they were done they provided us with
options (including price) on how to remove the stains. We ended
up needing a deep flush in certain areas and enzyme treatments
throughout the house. The service was great, the carpets looks
great, and the whole house smells like fresh laundry. I will
definitely use them in the future for all my carpet cleaning needs!
